Who is eligible to stay at the Tulsa Ronald McDonald House?
- Families of dependent children through age 21 who are receiving
treatment at Tulsa area hospitals and live outside a 25-mile radius
of Tulsa are eligible to stay at the Ronald McDonald House.

How do families arrange to stay at the Tulsa Ronald McDonald House?
- For the first stay, a family must be referred by a social worker
at the hospital where the child is to receive treatment. If you
are interested in staying at our House, please speak with your social
worker. If rooms are available, he or she will handle your reservation.

What hospitals does the Tulsa Ronald McDonald House serve?
- Tulsa Regional Medical Center
- Hillcrest Medical Center
- Saint Francis Hospital
- Saint Francis Hospital South
- St. John Medical Center
- SouthCrest Hospital

What facilities are available to guests?
- The Ronald
McDonald House of Tulsa is a 24-bedroom facility. The house is
accessible to the handicapped. We provide:
- One private bedroom and bathroom per family for as many as four
family members
- Bed and bath linens
- Fully equipped, double kitchen area
- Free laundry facilities
- Two living areas, with TV and VCR
- Children’s inside and outside play areas
- A fully equipped kitchen is available for families to prepare
meals. Several restaurants in all price ranges are located nearby.
Church groups and other volunteers bring in hot meals at no cost
to the families approximately ten nights per month. A well stocked
food pantry is also available for family use.

Does the House provide childcare?
- No, the House does not provide childcare.
•
Is hospital transportation available?
- Yes, the House provides transportation to the hospitals. We deliver
guests to the hospitals at 9:00 a.m. and pick them up at 6:00 p.m.

Who is in charge at the Tulsa Ronald McDonald House?
- A staff member is on site 24 hours a day. The office is open from
8:30 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays, and there are afternoon hours on
the weekends.
- There is not a curfew. However, the doors are locked at 9:00 p.m.
If the
guests come in after 9:00 p.m., they must use a card key to gain
access to
the House (This requires a $5 refundable deposit).
- Smoking is NEVER allowed inside the House.
